What type of training do you offer?
We help you, help your dog. The goal of our training is to help owners find more peace & enjoyment alongside their dog. We follow balanced training methods that allow us to prioritize teaching calm mindsets, polite manners, reliable obedience, while stopping unwanted behaviors with your dog. Our training also emphasizes the importance of teaching you how to reinforce, and work with, the training back at home! Our most popular programs are our Board & Train options. All full programs (excluding puppy) include prong collar and remote collar training.
What type of dogs do you work with?
Any breed and age are welcome here! Our focus is on the family dog, helping families gain peace of mind within their households, and while out & about with their dog in public! While we do not take on aggression cases, we do work with reactivity, resource guarding, fear, and anxiety (which can sometimes look like aggression). If you are unsure of the behaviors your dog is displaying, we encourage you to reach out to see if we can help!
What can I expect after a training program?
Our training programs provide an accelerated start for your dog's newfound mindset, obedience, and manners. But, this is just the beginning of the rest of your dog's life with you! Regardless of the program, there will always be old habits and associations that both you and your dog have, that the new training + structure must overcome. You and your dog will receive a skillset, knowledge, and toolbox to pull from in order to enhance your relationship, and create a life you enjoy with them. Our programs help you find your footing on your way to those goals and set a foundation for you to work with. But a foundation is meant to be built off of, not where the work is meant to end! All training programs include access to our Owner Homework & Resources, private Owner Sessions, and "tune-up" opportunities for the future to ensure you can be successful!
